1969 Ford F-100 Additional Info:

I am putting on the market my 1969 f100. I bought it about 5 years ago in a barn out of Ohio. It was then as it is now 95% rest free. I have nearly $17,000 invested in the truck from when I bought it 5 year ago. I have a box of receipts and paperwork to prove all the expenses and show all the parts replaced. the improvements I have made are as follows:•New jasper 5.0 Liter engine. - $5,000•New drum breaks front and back. - $1,500•New duel exhaust front to back. - $700•Rhino lined the bed and a good portion of the under-body for rust protection. - $1000•The tires currently on the truck only have about 3,000 miles on them so still have 90% tred. - $800•New radio and speakers on either sides of the doors. - $500•New distributor, 4 barrel carburetor, air filter, water pump, alternator, and several other miscellaneous parts and pieces.
All the above doesn't include the actually price of the truck itself when i picked it up. As you can tell a lot of TLC has been put into this truck, but there is certainly more that could be done to it and i will list that as follows.•has a ripped bench seat and cover•has a mediocre paint job that was done 5 years ago and is starting to show•original transmission works fine, but has not been replaced or worked on yet by me. (scared to mess with an in column shifter)
The truck has come a long way since i owned it and with a little bit more TLC it could be show ready. The truck starts flawlessly the first time, every time. I have used this truck as a daily driver which is why i have so much invested into it. Once i dropped the new motor in it, it has never let me down. The reason i am selling is because it is time to settle down. i just bought a house and I need a more practical "family man" kind of car. It doesn't leak, grind, smoke, or make funny noises. feel free to email with questions and happy bidding!
