This Ford Mustang GT is finished in its desirable and very appealing color combination of Raven Black with matching black with black trim interior, White GT stripes, and Black convertible top! The body appears to be untouched original with no apparent accident history and it is as rock solid floor pans and rust free as you would expect a lifelong California car to be!
The chrome is, for the most part, new and the convertible top is new as well. The interior is extremely sharp with new seats, new carpeting and new dash pad and new GT steering wheel! The dash is gorgeous and the gauges all work as they should. The tachometer and the clock both work and the original AM radio works as well. This Classic Mustang runs and drives great and is a pleasure to drive along the Monterey/Big Sur Coast! It has been regularly serviced and needs nothing to make it a fun, and very reliable weekend pleasure craft! The engine has been tested and has great compression by my mechanic.
The tires are new, the exhaust is quiet and the brakes stop as they should. This is a rock solid and well cared for originalMustang ConvertibleGT, and needless to say, theseare getting harder and harder to find and are becoming much more sought after then ever before! Remember only 4% of all Mustangs produced in 1966 were equipped with the GT Equipment Group. In the interest of full disclosure, I will mention the presence of one small spot of thin metal in the corner of the left rear fender. It is so insignificant that it should in no way affect the value of this otherwise rust free, original Mustang. The paint finish is shiny and gorgeous and only a couple years old!
The car is located in sunny Monterey area, California. The car was previously registered to Gina Davis in Southern California prior to my purchase. This car is registered and insured in my name, and I am not a dealer. Iam happy towork with any buyer to assist in shipping the vehicle from what I can at my end.
