1981 Fiat Spider 124 Convertible

I restored this car about 7 years ago.I don't think I have driven it more then 5000 miles since then.This car runs and drives great.I hate to sell it but it needs some work and I don't have a proper garage to work on it. I will go all the work I have done to it and what needs to be done now. The engine runs great starts right up.I has a new fuel pump. I installed a rebuilt 1800 cc head to up the compression,a new timing belt,k&n cold air intake,headlight relays(the headlights do not dim),a header from International auto with dual exhaust running thru a pair of cherry bombs.The car sounds great. The suspension has been upgraded also, ll new upper and lower control arms,poly bushings in the sway bars,new yellow lowering springs. The brake discs are drilled and slotted.4 new shocks,It has 15 rims from Wheel dynamics(they are painted the same black metallic that is on the rockers and steering wheel).The tires Nito Gen p205 50r15. The center caps have the Abarth scorpion on them. The interior was tan I had it dyed black.it could use some touch ups. The driver seat has some wear(there is pic). New seat belts where installed. The wooden dash has been cover in stainless steel,along with a wooden shift knob and new shifter boot. The dash and console have caps on them so no cracks, installed a dash mounted rear view mirror. It also has a 140 mph speedo installed,(I do have the original 85 mph one). A new carpet kit was also put in. The doors trunk and hood have new weather stripping.it also has a roll bar and I have the padded cover on that. The rockers panels have been cut down so they flush mount to the body,this gives the car a much cleaner look then stock. The side marker lights have been removed and filled. It has a honeycomb grill from an early fiat spider. Awesome Abarth bumperettes. A new chin spoiler on the front. I mounted the font turn signals inside of the grille. I also have a matching hardtop that goes with the car. What the car will need. The convertible top is in ok shape and needs to be replaced. The turnsignals are not working very well if at all. I'm sure it is a ground problem typical with these cars. The wipers are very very slow,I was going to to do the brown wire repair on them and lube all the connections. Rust has started to pop up. The has it the worst it is on the front of i, if I was keeping the car I would buy a new hood.it also has rust bubbles on the rear wheel arches and some starting in the doors. I have pics of all of them.also on the rear quarters. I have a clear Maryland title for the car. I put a lot of time and money into this car I hate to sell but it has been in storage for the 3 years or so and I have not been able to work on it.This is a really cool, un car to drive I always got a lot of attention when I dove it. With a little work you can have a way cooler sports car then any Miata out there. I'm selling this as i, no warranty. A 750 dollar deposit with be due to my pay pal acct with in 24 hours of the end of the auction.This car will need to be picked up since I do not have it tagged.
