This is a lot of car for the $$$ - and the fun factor can't be measured! This is an extremely solid car for the vintage and you don't see many in this condition in this price range. Runs excellent - starts right up on the 1st twist of the key every time. Fresh rebuild of motor less then 1500 miles ago - just breaking in and it feels good. Pulls nicely to red line where it wants to be! Transmission shifts smoothly and new clutch was put in with new motor build. Interior is far above average - seats professionally recovered in factory leather. Top is new as well. Vehicle drives and brakes straight - no pulling to either side. Brakes have all been serviced recently. Tires have plenty of tread and have no dry rotting or cracking. No fluid leaks or drips. No smoking exhaust at start up or any other time. All lights and gauges work. Will easily pass state inspection for registration (factory airhorns present but currently inoperable). Car is ready to be driven this summer!
This is an EXCELLENT driver that you can enjoy and have fun with now as is, or take it to the next step and restore it further. The potential here could be very rewarding for the right person who has the time to make this the amazing car that it so deserves to be. Endless restoration parts are available right here on ebay for cheap $$! These cars sell between $20,000 to $60,000 restored (there's a few right here on ebay in that range!) The mechanicals here have all been gone through. The body is extremely solid. Paint is nice but definitely not show quality as there is wear and minor imperfections present through out. Gets plenty of compliments as is, but has not been restored and is nearly 45 years old now. A lot of LOVE has been put into this car and it shows. Clear title and tons of paperwork and service manuals included in sale. This is about the most fun car you will ever drive for the money. Buyer won't be disappointed.
