1974 Fiat X-1/9 Additional Info:

1974 FIAT X1/9
My little Cali / Nevada,X car is all original except for the CD Radio.
I've owned her for 10+ years.
She is in the very rare #358 Green color.
I have not driven 100 miles in the past (5) years, documented with Nevada DMV, all classic car plates must log miles each year, remember this car "Runs & Drives".

Odometer shows 17000 miles, not sure if correct.
The 1290cc motor is original, valve cover is polished and some chrome on clamps and other stuff.

OEM smog parts are in place and not removed or tampered with.

Transmission is original and as solid as can be.
The front & rear Euro style chrome bumper's with chromepush bars, a factory option.
Replaced brake pads, calipers, hoses & rotors, all (4) wheels with OEM spec. parts.
All new KYB (4) strut / shocks with new upper strut mounts, from Midwest - bayless.

Belts a couple years ago, they aregood.
OEM steel wheels & caps (picture #10).

OEM steering wheel.

OEM jack & tool kit.

OEM '74 trunk carpets & an OEM 1985 front trunk carpet.

The 14" wheels & tires in pictures, (3 & 4),are for display, only but negotiable tobuy.
Factory never used spare.
Seats covers replaced w/ correct from Italy factory covers, original foam cushions &original carpet.
(2) cracks in dash either side of the defrost vent, visors are ok, seats are heated,(option).
All instrument's and light's work.
All glass is good.
Battery OEM cover & correct knurled plastic nuts, no rust around battery box, very clean.
Some rust, see pic's. 5,6,7,8,9,front trunk floor, rear trunk lid, windshield, inner passenger & outsideby handle crack.

No rust around rockers or mounts.
She runs and drives very well, no hard starting or tranny slipping out of gear.
I have babied her while she's been with me, I could restore her to new but I just can't do it, maybe I'm to old!
I've been told by two different mechanic's that she is a "7" for sure, I think a "9".
I would like who ever buys her to come see her first, before you buy?
I'm not desperate to sell her, I just think it's time that's all.

I have many parts that are negotiable, soplease look at my other listings to inquire.

Payment.................... is cash only.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses and or anyissues,Car must be removed in 14 day's.
I thank you for looking and I wish you all good health and blessings.

Car is listed on other sites, so listing may come down at any time with out notice.

Please, don't offer/buy and after expect to negotiate a newprice, I am to old & you will onlybe embarrassing yourself.

I believe I have given a full &honest description and hope this answers any questions you may have.

Some cars are really hard to let go of. Whether they are rare, or they hold some other sentimental reason for making it difficult. The seller of this first year X1/9 is looking to let his prized Italian leave as he has been plagued with illness, and this X hasn’t stretched its legs much in the past few years. First year cars have the desirable “Euro” style bumpers that really make the car look excellent. Extremely solid, and in a very desirable color, this early Italian has a lot going for it. With prices fluctuating all over the place the past few years, this ’74 model is priced at a moderate $9,500. Take a look at it here on craigslist out of Henderson, Nevada.
