I posted more pictures, some by request. I can't get to the car until Tuesday, 6/13/17, so maybe you can tell if it has power steering, power brakes, and air conditioning by looking at the under hood shots and dash pictures. :) IT MUST BE NOTED THE ODOMETER SAYS 03422. I tried not putting anything in the mileage box and eBay wouldn't allow it, so I filled in what I remembered. I can't change the basics of the listing now. I consistently made it clear I have no way of knowing if the mileage is actual. Showing 03422 makes it pretty obvious the mileage is not actual.
For not being restored, I believe this car is in great condition. Of note, in the new pictures, you can see the chrome/aluminum on the left rear quarter has been removed and reinstalled and wasn't done very well. The paint on the left rear quarter has a more dull finish than the rest of the car, although the color matches very closely. Also, the "Corsair" badge is missing on the left rear quarter, but is attached on the right rear (see pictures).
The top of the right rear quarter new the rear window (see picture) has a couple of paint bubbles. I'm not sure what in the world causes that, but those who know antique cars will probably know.
Someone asked me if the car is drive-able home. I told that person that after being stored since at least 2002 and probably before that, I wouldn't advise it. That being said, in 2002 it was driven to Bryden Ford as a trade-in and then driven 20 miles to it's current storage location. It was started and driven 1/4 quarter mile and back to our service center to have fluids checked and a new battery installed a couple of months ago.
I'm doing my best to help everyone get the right information. I am a new car dealer and generally don't deal in much older than 15 years. Cars almost 60 years old are not my thing. I want you to know what I know about all of the cars we are selling. Much of it is difficult to derive, since I'm not an expert on these. Thank you for you patience with me. :)
