In 2024, I purchased this RV and drove it from Bison, Kansas to Bowling Green, KY. The Kansas owner purchased it (in 2024) from an elderly couple who babied it but had to sell for medical reasons. The Kansa owner did some refurb and replace. They boondocked in it. Sold it because they were going to turn it into a B&B, but decided not to go there.
Once I got her to KY, a professional mechanic went over ALL of it in 2025. 6 months later, I drove it to upstate, NY then to Nova Scotia, Canada, and then back towards Kentucky. She died on me in Greensburg, Penn. I had her towed back, and she has sat under a cover until now.
I have the BEST memories on her, just me and my pitbull on the road. The plan was to fix and keep her, but I start my PhD soon and I won’t have time.
Passed inspection in summer 2025. Clear Bill of Sale in hand.
To the best of my ability, I am listing as much as I can recall here. I am sure I may be missing a few things. Buyer understands I am selling as is. This RV must be towed, and I can assist with setting up and arranging towing as needed. Cross-posted. Seller has the right to remove listing any time.
ENGINE
New starter was put on by professional mechanic in summer 2025.

Regular fluids checked and no leaks.
Repaired windshield wipers and put in new ones in 2024.
2024 owner told me “To the best of my knowledge, this odometer has not rolled over. The previous owner was pretty confident of that, and there is a lot of paperwork on the thing. Also, if you look at the condition of the driver's seat and the pedals... they are all in great condition. The brake and accelerator pedals have plenty of rubber on them still.”
Transmission always shifted strong. No issues.
TIRES
Purchased new in 2025. 4 wheels total on the rear axle. Still plenty of tread on the tires and they all are holding air.
Spare is like new and kept covered.

WHAT DOES SHE NEED?
Coming home from NY in Aug. 2025, it broke down and white smoke poured through into cab. Had to have it towed back to KY. Was told it was a head gasket because there was water in the oil, but was also told it might need just new gaskets. Another mechanic said it “might” be a head gasket. A mobilemechanic started to take it apart to see - then he ghosted me.
Radio does not work. Speakers do not work.
Light in the dash is not as bright – could use replacing.
The two 100 watt solar panels are not included (sold). They cost $250-350 on the website.
No AC. I used a portable AC and it worked fine. Also had a smaller fan in the cab of the vehicle. (I was told it needed a new AC unit in the back, but I purchased a portable instead.)
Former owner recommended notusing the hot water heater and the induction range at the same time. Both draw about 1300 watts.
Handle on fridge broke off but works fine without it.
Former owner recommended keeping the water pump off when not in use and also avoiding hooking up water directly to the motorhome.
Bathroom light needs a cover.
Minor damage to the bathroom door towards the bottom.
Some areas are a little stained and wood is cracked in a couple places in wall between Kitchen and bathroom.
Outside storage doors can be difficult to manipulate closed.
The exterior white paint isn’t professional.
Whoever painted the hood did not protect the engine parts. There is some yellow paint on them. Doesn’t affect the driving.
2 of the small windows are difficult to open. One has a broken crank handle. The other is plexiglass from a 2024 refurb and is difficult to close.
Carburetor with a manual choke. She can be ornery in cold weather but just keep trying.
Dings from hail damage on the exterior but doesn’t affect the driving.
Some minor damage to the linoleum floor edges near the door and near the kitchen area. Does not leak- was checked in 2025. (I put a rug down.)
Has had pets in it (no accidents or getting sick. Just riding and sleeping).
Doesn't have an installed gray water tank – I purchased a portable one.
Horn does not work- probably a fuse.
1 missing hubcap.
