This is a rare & Hard to Find in any auction, to see this 1958 Dodge Custom Royal two-door HardTop (LD3H-23), built (assembled) in Windsor, Ontario, Canada as part of the Spring Collection. Finished in its original two-tone paint (code PXP) with factory interior (trim code KBH), this car remains in highly original conditions.
Power comes from its original KD500 engine, a genuine D-500 HEMI V8 with a single 4-barrel carburetor, engine stamp KD500-13250, matching numbers. The D-500 was Dodge’s top performance package in 1958, with fewer than 500 units produced. It’s a solid car and original paint with no rust at all!
The car runs smooth as it should be, only the radio makes some noise “uhmn” sometimes. A couple of speakers were added situated in the backrest of the car.
This example is further distinguished as one of the very few fitted with the factory Continental Kit, adding to it RARITY and elegance.
