1962 Dodge Town Panel

Mostly original(ish)

It has certainly been played with in the past but it appears to have mostly stock hardware throughout. At some point there was a window added in the rear.

Mechanically,

Despite its rough appearance it will actually start right up and drive around. We have not had it on the road but I believe it wouldn’t take much to make that happen.

It currently does not have a fuel tank. It runs off of a jug in the engine bay. Fuel pump and carb work fine. The brakes actually function pretty good. The push button automatic transmission still shifts. It doesn’t seem to leak, but again it hasn’t been ran a whole lot. It will need a thorough going through before road worthy.

Body,

The body is pretty rough. The (4) doors are the worst part. There is some dents in the roof above the driver area. Questionable bodywork throughout. The front two doors do not latch properly.

I’ve tried to take photos of everything to make this an honest listing. Not a show car but would be a fun cheap project to play around with.

Lmk if you have any questions.
