1974 Dodge Monaco- possible Bluesmobile Blues brothers car?

1974 Dodge Monaco Additional Info:

I purchased this car from the original owner earlier this year- title I signed proves it. It was Grandmas car until she got something with EFI in 1986 (the last year it was registered) its is all original condition. I was able to get it to start and run briefly, I bypassed the fuel tank (assuming its dirty inside) and it started up surprisingly easy but the carburetor leaks profusely so I didn't let it idle for more than a few seconds. Will need some brake work as the pedal goes to the floor- I have made no attempt to work/diagnose them yet. The interior will need some cleaning but over all the car is in decent condition. This is clearly a project car- would make a perfect Bluesmobile. The body is surprisingly straight with minimal rust, see pic of dog leg/ forward quarter panel.
