NO RESERVE! YOU BID, YOU BUY!
Nice paint and solid body. Not cut up. Repainted original B5 blue in 2011.
Always stored in climate controlled garage. Very very lightly used vehicle. Mileage exempt. Listing would not let me type exempt.
Roller is set up for small block chrysler and 3 speed at present. 8pt Cage. 8.75 rear. 4.10 gears with a spool. Discs up front.
Painless wiring system. Never an issue. Line lock for burnouts. 6al MSD box. Fuel cell and battery mount in trunk. Tranny cooler and lines still in place.
Fuel line, filter and regulator in place. New moog front end parts. K member freshened up. Fiberglass hood. 6 pack scoop.
Lightweight bumpers and bumper brackets. Very cool lightweight Lingenfelter aerospace style brackets. See pics.
Ready for your combo. Race it. Restore it. Resto mod it. Whatever. Great platform or starting point for all the above.
Just a nice clean Demon out of Texas. All original glass. Went to Fort Worth to get it. Very happy i did. Buyer will be also.
Wheels and tires pictured DO NOT come with the vehicle. Vehicle will come with the steel wheels and tires I use for the paint shop.
She’s a blast to drive. Goes straight and true. Finished top ten in the country both years we ran points in NMCA. 2010 2011.
Ask me anything. I have many many Mopar parts, engines and trannys for both small and big block. rear chunks, sure grips, etc.
I have a nice clean 1971 split grille and headlight buckets if you want that look for the front end. 750$ extra.
I have a steel front bumper and all the steel brackets for the Demon, for extra $$.
I have a performance racing approved driveshaft for this vehicle to use with the small block/727 setup for extra $. Etc and so on.
All windows and vents work as they should. The blue padding is off the bars now.
The racing wheels and tires i plan to use for our Dakota, so if you want them it will cost some serious extra $$.
Good Luck my fellow Mopar lovers. DON’T MISS OUT!
Full disclosure: If this vehicle doesn’t sell I will remove the speed parts and relist for 10k no reserve. The msd box, the painless wiring, the fuel cell and lines, the regulator, the shifter, the tach and shift light, the gauges, battery mounts, etc. Look up what all those parts would cost.
SO, if you want the speed parts at a bargain price along with the car…….. BID NOW! This is your ONE chance at them.
They won’t be offered a second time. I can use them for my next project.
NO RESERVE 12K YOU BID! YOU BUY!
Bid with confidence. This is the Demon you want.
Now for the questions you may ask me. It was an original /6 automatic car. LL29C……
I have pictures of all the flaws i could find. PM me and i will try to send you those pics to view. Two tiny paint chips on inside of driver door from the seat belt buckle. My fault. Got dumb under the helmet. A small rock chip on outside of driver side near the handle from very limited open trailer towing. Car was almost always in an enclosed trailer but they got me once. It’s about 1/4-1/5 the size of my pinky fingernail. So it’s very small and has no dent. Just a paint chip. There are some paint scrapes on the firewall from engine removal and installation. Had to do it fast so that’s unfortunately what happened there. A couple tiny paint bubbles at bottom of driver side cowl. Super small but i see them. And lastly a small hole inside the trunk pan corner, size of a tennis ball. Not a tough spot, easy patch according to our paint and body guy. Another Mopar Maniac himself. Pretty good for a 1972 Dodge Demon!! She is loved.
For you racers, Rear leafs relocated with the appropriate kit. See pics. Super stock springs. Bottom plates for the cal tracks are still there if you go that route. Hooks good with either setup. We ran small blocks with 727. 3 speed reverse manual valve body cheetah shifter. 11.0 and 11.5 index. 340 and 360s. Car went best of 10.78 with the 340. 11.17 with 360. Never pushed her very hard. Since then i’ve added the Lingenfelter super lightweight bumper brackets. They save like 30-40 lbs i believe it was. So she’s lighter now than when we ran her. i have zero complaints with this vehicle. We’re just building a truck for my son and it’s her turn to find a new owner. She finished 3rd in the country in 2011. We had 2nd place in points but burnt up a piston at our year end double points race at Indy. Last Q session. Had no time to fix. So 3rd is where we landed. There’s nothing to do in this car but smile. It’s just plain COOL!
That’s the story. Hope you enjoyed the blah blah. Ask me anything. Good Luck!
Best, JD
