THIS 1957 DODGE SWEPTSIDE 1/2 TON D100 PICKUP CAME FROM A DODGE TRUCK COLLECTION .IT WAS RESTORED OVER 20 YEARS AGO BUT NOT RUNNING. IT IS ONE OF ABOUT 180 PRODUCED IN 1957. 315 V-8, PUSH BUTTON AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. RED/WHITE. SHOWS 58,000 MILES. VERY SOLID BODY AND FLOORS. TEXAS TITLE IN MY PERSONAL NAME. THESE TRUCKS WERE DODGE'S ANSWER TO THE CHEVY CAMEO. THE MOTOR WAS REBUILT, BUT THE ACCESSORIE, TRANSMISSION,AND DRIVESHAFT WERE NOT REINSTALLED .IT ALSO NEEDS SOME BRAKE WORK AND UNDER DASH WIRING. THE TRUCK WAS REPAINTED BUT THERE MUST HAVE BEEN SOME WATER IN THE PAINT GUN DURING PRIMER AS IT NOW HAS SMALL PIN POINT BUBBLES IN SEVERAL PLACES, I TRUED TO SHOW SOME OF THEM. THESE TRUCKS SELL FOR 80K RESTORED WHEN AVAILABLE. I SOLD THE 1959 FROM THIS SET 2 YEARS AGO TO A DEALER AND HE HAD IT ADVERTISED FOR 80K AND IT SOLD,BUT IT WAS A LITTLE NICER AND RAN AND DROVE. .YOU CAN SEE THE 1958 SWEPTSIDE LISTED . PS, THERE IS A SMALL DING ON THE LEFT TOP SIDE OF THE HOOD IN SOME PHOTOS BUT I POPPED IT OUT WITH MY HAND, PROBABLY FROM MY ELBOW WHEN CLEANING THE WINDSHIELD.
