NO RESERVE. 1966 426 Hemi 4spd. Factory H code hemi with Dana 60.

This car is 1 of 468 1966 Chargers made with the 426 Hemi, and one of just 250 with a 4 speed.

The original Gold/Gold color combo was very rare, and I could only find 2 other remaining examples with the 426 Hemi.

This car includes a lot of documentation, including the original factory punch sheet supplied by Chrysler’s historical records department. This car was originally purchased in Colorado, and spent a good deal of time in Arizona (where its registered license plate was 426HEMI).

All factory original sheet metal (98% rust free) and this car still has the original paint. No accidents just a few minor dings and dents. All original glass in very good shape. All trim and moldings chrome in good shape.

Comes with the 426 Hemi disassembled and missing crank, exhaust, pistons, cam, alternator and PS pump. Have...Carbs, heads, balancer, rods and block are all dated 65. The heads (M.23.5 & M.29.5) are in excellent working condition. OEM air cleaner and valve covers. Carbs need rebuilding. Engine block(casting 8/17/65) has some cracks that need fixing by driver side motor mount.

Refurbished rear seats covered with leather and have coverings for front. The bumpers have been re-chromed. All interior and exterior lighting works including hideaway headlight motors.All original body panels align very well doors close properly with no sag. All locks work properly.
