1968 Dodge Charger 318 Automatic with Air Conditioning. Original Sheetmetal, Original Paint, and Original Interior. Vin Number and Fender Tag in-place. Numbers Matching Drivetrain. GG1 Green with a Black Vinyl Top and Black Buckets and Console Interior. Purchased new in Rolla, Missouri. Car was parked in a garage in 1980 and has not been on the road since. Has been on Missouri its entire life. Completely Untouched and 100% Original throughout. Absolutely no aftermarket additions and no original equipment has been removed. Original Vinyl top was flaking and very hard, it was removed to inspect the condition of the roof below, it is extremely solid throughout. Seats were removed during interior deep clean, two Broadcast Sheets were found in the rear seat, one on the floor that is tarnished and one in the top seat springs that is absolutely pristine. Throughly detailed and buffed bringing back the Original GG1 Green Paint and a deep clean of the Interior. All Lights Interior and Exterior work around the car. All 4 Headlights and Taillights, marker lamps, parking lamps, signals, and brake lights. All dash lights illuminate including the high beam indicator. Factory AM Radio also works and plays music through the speaker. Introduced fuel straight to the carburetor and the engine fired up. Only runs off of a bottle directly into the carburetor but it does run with fuel assistance. Car has not been driven, transmission does shift into each gear firmly. Needs breaks, parking break works, main brakes do not. Does have a good amount of rust but is an excellent restoration candidate with many pieces of original metal that could be saved. Fenders, doors, hood, rockers, roof, and dash are all very solid with little to no rust. Quarters are the worst spot on the car and would need lower quarters replaced during restoration, top half of quarters could be used. Trunk pan has some soft spots, no major holes. Floor pans are very similar to the trunk, no major holes but does have a few places with rust. Interior is 100% intact and everything is there. Both front seats have rips, passenger seat bottom has no bad spots. Back seat is also complete with no tears or rips. Dash pad has no blemishes. Instruments are all intact with clear lenses. Dash bezels and trim all nice. Console is in place with no bad areas, console lights all work. 20th anniversary cragars 15x7 all around with good tires. Car is an excellent candidate for a retsomod restoration or put back all original featuring its numbers matching drivetrain and documentation with the broadcast sheet. Car could be mechanically gone through and driven in “as-is” condition if desired. As stated it does have rust but is still presentable, original paint shines excellent and the car is very well preserved with its factory appearance. Also have a the Void Title when the car was purchased new from the dealership in 1969. List of Factory Options: Premium Price Class - Drip Rail Moulding, Body Belt Molding, Wheel Lip Moulding, 2.76 Rearend Gear, 26” Radiator, AM Radio, Air Conditioning, RedLine Tires, Tinted Windshield, Black Vinyl Top, and Center Console. The R/T headlight bezel seems to be a case of a replacement at one time in the cars life and just coincidently used an R/T bezel, no other R/T equipment on the car. Feel free to reach out anytime with questions.
