The Charger will cross the block on Saturday Jan 13th. The lot number is S64Nut & Bolt Restoration 1969 Dodge Charger RT 426cid Hemi R/T Tribute. Originally a big block 383 Charger, Now has a 426 Hemi R/T specs including Dana rear end, spline drive manual w/ dual carbs, sought after B5 blue, rotisserie restored to perfection and driven only 420 miles since. Charger is in my private collection, and now is an opportunity for a collector to purchase her.The body was fully prepped sand blasted and finished in base coat clear coat B5 Blue, Every nut and bolt replaced or restored, all stainless and chrome restored by Art Brass in Seattle, all interior trim including dash and grill / headlight bezel restored by JC Auto restoration. All new windows, mechanisms, weather stripping, bumpers, clamps, rivets, screws just basically all done! If you call up any restoration shop to build a car like this they will charge no less than $250,000 plus 2 years of time. Features very hard to find OEM locking gas cap, new gas tanks, suspension, rear end, 15” steel wheels with dog dish hubcaps. AM radio converted to FM. Wooden steering wheel completely restored. Everything about this car is restored to brand new condition. It was done to factory Hemi specs. Most of them now days are "restomoded".
