1973 Dodge Charger Additional Info:
This is an original U code Car that I have owned for 30+ years it is a very solid car and still in original paint you WILL NOT Be doing trunk floors pans etc it is not numbers Matching and wasn't when I got it 30 yrs ago
it has a it has not been started in a few years as rodents ate the engine harness but I only need so many projects as I am not a youngster anymore so it is time to let my high school hot rod go to a better home and a hot rod it is high compression with small camber heads and a lumpy crower cam and triple valve springs
etc and when it was parked with extremely low miles on the motor however if you buy it now and do not want the motor I will take a 1000.00 off and keep it
for most of the time it just sat in the garage
the title was in my fathers house when it burned down but I will be happy to get a bonded title for whatever the cost and add it to the total purchase price
I cannot convey how solid it is you just don't find many like this anymore NO body work ever it does have it normal parking lot dings etc and I can not truthfully say it is rust free it has one small hole on the lower right qtr just behind the wheel well there is a pic of that part of the qtr and I will try and post a better one it is not bad a small patch panel and while not holes is starting in the corners of the doors and on the leading edge of the front R fender
I did do a few stupid things in my youth it was a vinyl floor bench seat column shift car with the only real option being the 440 rally pkg and factory AC PS the bench just wasn't cool when I was 17 so it was replaced with buckets from a 71 challenger and I swapped in the factory tach dash and a floor shift column
now before someone tells me the taillights are wrong they are not I knew this car since new and am the second owner and that is how she came and when I bought it it had 7500 miles on the odometer actual miles is about 25000 not that there is anyway to verify it I only state what I know personally and it might not mean much considering a lot of those where a stoplight at a time and it is still a 43 year old car but I have had many mopars muscle cars in my life this is the one I have not been able to let go of till now so get it while the getting is good and I hope its a good home The Yellow car is not for sale but I put it up to show that I am not your guy flipping cars and I have owned about 15 of these in one form or another and know them well and you would have to look many hrs of your life for a better barn find
The Mag wheel on the front does not go with the car as it is borrowed
here is a link to a similer car that just sold on ebay that I think was probably not as good as this one
