1974 Dodge Dart Sport, real L code 360 a/c car. This car was featured in hot rod magazine back in 2008 after going through a light restoration and complete drive train change-over.
BODY: Older restoration showing its age but not driven much since all work was done. body is straight and has decent driver quality green paint with light imperfections here/there. has nice white vinyl top with white side stripes and tail stripes. has titnted glass all the way around and nice stainless and chrome, some of the chrome/stainless as the taillight housings have some small pitting, but most all other trim is in good shape, all doors open/close good, windows roll up/down. nice driver type car. very straight and clean front grill, dual mirrors. will need wipers fixed as well as an antenna installed.
DRIVE TRAIN: engine was built and have all specs on motor, transmission and rear end, etc. Has 408 stroker engine built from LA Mopar 360 block, bored to 4:030 inches, milodan 8 qt. pan, Scat cast crank/steel rods, Ross 11.5.1 pistons, Mopar Performance M-1 aluminum intake, Edelbrock Performance RPM Aluminum heads, 2.02/1.60-inch valves, ported to flow 268 CFM. Custom Straightline performance camshaft, 258/266-at .050 Solid Roller, 638/630 - inch lift, 108-degree LSA crane lifter 1.6.1 roller rockers. Cloyes timing set, full MSD ignition, Holley 750 CFM double pumper carb., Holley blue fuel pump, Hooker 1 7/8 long tube headers, Dynomax Bullet mufflers, {car is very loud} and may need a milder quieter type of muffler. Torque Flite 727, TCI 2800 stall-converter, manual valve body, 8 3/4 rear end with custom built ladder bars, sub-frame connectors, Moser 35 spline axles, with 4:10 sure grip, {SPOOL}, disc brakes up front and rear drums.
Aluminum American Racing wheels with new 215-65-15" front tires and 255-60-15" rear tires. I am trying to get another set of drag radials and will install them asap. You will need them. lots more upgrades have been done.
We just took everything out of engine bay to bare engine to sand, prep, and repaint the engine bay, a lot cleaner and more detailed job. Replaced electric fan with 7 blade fan/HD clutch, new 3-core radiator/factory shroud, complete tune up, ne front brake calipers and one brake line. NO oil leaks and runs 180-185 all day through the heat.
INTERIOR: green with nice front high back buddy bench seat, all belts, all interior is very nice with exceptions of few wrinkles in door panels and minor places. over-all very nice driver quality. please view all pictures. Has some after market gauges and tach with shift light, B&M floor shifter. Also has the original a/c vent/box mounter with factory switches, BUT NO A/C Not a number matching block but did start out with date code 360 LA block.
All paperwork and billboard made for car will go with sale. everything you see in pictures is what you get. Clear TX title.
