1961 Lancer, has shaved doorhandles and 440HP sitting in the engine compartment.

All the bodywork was completed, (There is not much filler at all,) and it was primed about 10 years ago.

The undercarriage, trunk, engine bay and door jambs were blasted and painted. Floors and rockers are solid. Trunk is solid.

The bumpers were re-chromed, and are still in great shape, and all of the body and interior trim is there, (see pictures) the electronics for the door and trunk poppers are all there in the boxes. (Everything in those pictures goes with the car except for the building materials at the very end of the table.)

The original dream was to make a Gasser, but time and money have got in the way

Obviously it’s a complete project not trying to fool anybody here could just be a fun car for somebody who wants to build a fast little race car. These things only weighed 2600 pounds with the slant six, (they were heavy with the counterbalance 440 is only about 140 pounds more)
