Show quality 1965 Dodge Coronet Convertible with rare 426 cubic inch 365 hp V8 engine. I believe I am the second owner of this California car. Very original and never any rust or accident damage. I purchased the car in 2001 from the original California owner. It was in excellent condition but had been painted red. I stripped the car and returned it to its original white color. In the process I had the engine and transmission rebuilt. All of the chrome was redone. The dash parts were sent out for plastic chrome. All work was done with a high degree of respect for originality. Almost everything was with the car and I only had to locate the correct carb and replacement rubber. The interior is the correct color from Legendary. This is an exceptional car and extremely rare to find a 1965 Mopar with perfect original sheet metal. The 426 motor makes it even more rare. Everything works as it should and it drives well. During the restoration I had a local Mopar expert come over to verify that the engine and trans were original to the car. I have receipts and photos taken during the restoration that was completed in 2010. I have put about 2000 miles on the car since everything was rebuilt.
