1968 Dodge Charger Additional Info:
Thanks for looking at my auction. I am asking you to please not bid if you have no intention of buying the car or following through. The winning bidder from last week hasn't even responded to one my emails. It is so frustrating and wastes a lot of time. Also, if you have less then 10 feedback, please contact me before bidding or I will delete your bid.
The only trade I may consider would be for a 69-70 Charger.
This was originally a 318/automatic in PP1 red but it’s been repainted at some point many years ago and the paint is blistered, cracked, and worn. It does have a fairly uniform patina so if you're wanting a Joe Dirt Mobil, this could be the one for you. It does NOT have an engine, transmission, seats, taillights, door panels, etc. I didn’t get a grill with it but I acquired and will include the grill in the pictures. It needs cabin floor pans, trunk floor pan, trunk floor extensions, a left rear leaf spring frame mount, right rocker work/repair, rear valance/crossmember, and both rear quarters. The left rear frame rail has some small holes so it could use some patches as well. The roof structure is solid and the rear window lower corners are better then most. The torsion bar crossmember is blistered out on the far right end on the bottom (see pictures). It will come with a random set of mismatched rollers and not the road wheels pictured. The charger is in newton kansas and has a clear Kansas antique title in my name. It does not have a fender tag or broadcast sheet. This Charger will need to be picked up in person within 14 days of the auction end and it will need to be paid for with cash.
Again, the paint is rough but will be cool to some people. It would be an interesting ratty Mopar project. Contact me if interested or with any questions. I would encourage you to come look it over in person. You can also find me (Kelsey Wayne) on FB
