FANTASTIC, one of a kind, factory built DUAL AXLE Dodge Ram 250 Van 1991

Hello Everyone,
This is truly an amazing van. The story goes that a Dodge dealer in Los Angeles, CA had this Van build for promotional purposes. He custom ordered a dual axle van from the Dodge factory. Therefore it is not a custom built, it is a factory built. The dealer drove this van for many years, because he liked it so much. Then he sold it to another gentleman, who loved and owned it for another 10 years. Then he sold it a gentleman in Las Vegas, NV. And then I bought it from him.
I bought the Van just recently. I drove it from Las Vegas NV to Tucson AZ to where I live. ( 400+ miles ). And the van ran great. I bought it with every intention to keep it. The reason why I am selling it is because I just now sold my house, and I do not have storage anymore for it. Also with a 10 month old in my family I just don't have the time to restore it properly.
Here are the details.
360 v8Automatic transmissionThe driveline only goes to 1 back axle. The other axle is a tag axle.The van has power steering.Power disc brakes. Front and rear air conditioning ( THAT WORKS! )Overhead and floor mood listing.It is important to say that the entire van is the factory original.It has lots of storage inside.The back seat folds down into a bed. Larger than usual size bed.The seats swivel.There is an overhead television and a very good stereo system with CD player.The upholstery is velour red color and is not ripped or torn in any way.The carpet is old however, and you can see wear by the door side.Every single thing in the van works.
Has fog lamps.No signs of anyone smoking inside of the van.The paint is the factory original.The van has never had any accidents whatsoever.I would overall is in good condition.
