Vintage Motorcars is proud to present this 1977 Dodge D100 Warlock.
Here is a nice change of pace. Tired of seeing the same old square-body Chevys and short box Blue Ovals from the 70's? Wondering where all the cool, unique trucks from this era are? Well... here you go.
This is one of the finest trucks you will find anywhere. This 1977 Dodge D100 Warlock pickup went through a complete restoration and is one of the finest I have seen.
The Dodge Warlock pickups, which included fancy wheels, fat tires, bucket seats, authentic oak sideboards and unique customizing of both the interior and exterior, was originally a show vehicle idea. It stirred such interest that Dodge moved quickly to introduce it late in the 1976 model year as a limited production vehicle. Its popularity soared when it first hit the street, and Dodge made it a regular production model in 1977.
This Warlock is an extremely clean example shown restored in its original glory of black paint with gold pinstriping. All the glass, trim, and hardware are in
excellent condition. The previous owner custom fitted a tonneau cover in the bed that will protect all your belongings from the weather without modifying any of the integrity of the box. Of course; all the correct Warlock items are in place such as:
The interior is just as clean as the exterior featuring the correct bucket seats with factory fold-down armrest / buddy seat. The dash is in excellent condition and features the gauge package with factory tachometer. Everything from the headliner to the carpet is in show condition! Of course this little truck has some creature comforts as well featuring AM/FM/8-Track Stereo, power steering and power brakes!
The powerplant for this limited-edition truck is a correct 360 V8 that will provide this little step side plenty of power! The hefty V8 is paired to a 727 TorqueFlight automatic transmission that shifts perfectly through the gears.
These trucks are simply hard to find. This is a well-preserved example that has been tested and proven to provide someone years of enjoyment while standing out a bit in the crowd!
All VMC vehicles are put through a service/safety check and road test (weather permitting) to be sure they are safe and road worthy. I make sure the oil has been changed and do an inspection of the brakes, belts, hoses, cooling system, fluid levels, etc. Of course, every vehicle will ride and drive with the engine and transmission performing as expected
