1967 Dodge Coronet Additional Info:
Back 40 years ago everybody thought customizing a car was a great idea, especially if the end result was mindblowing. This custom has stood the test of time and gets fantastic responses everywhere it goes. It may horrify the purists, but the general public gives it an enthusiastic thumbs up! This custom Coronet R/T apparently has a lifetime invite to the billetfest show, which is a testament to how cool it is. The creator of this automobile is a world reknown artist who has been customizing cars since the 40's. There is an invite in the cars history book to show his unique Ford shoebox 60 years ago! He still drives a modern car with frenched headlights and lake pipes. There is fabulous history in a giant book and my car friends remember this custom from local shows over the last 2 decades. This Coronet still sports its original 375 horse 440 mag that has been freshly rebuilt with only 500 shakedown miles. The thing is a total rocket and can smoke the tires at will. It has never been for sale in the last 40 years and Rus is only reluctantly offering it as he has a new favorite car in his stable. Having been customized 40 years ago, the LoPar has its share of scrapes and chips. This old showcar has seen its share of good times! Its a handful and not for the first time cruiser. The door handles are from a corvette, and the lowered roof and windscreen is a masterpiece. You will not see a car like this on the road ever, and thats what makes it so fun. It may not be to your tastes but for the guy who wants to be unique and have the power to back it up, here you go.
