1971 Dodge Dart Swinger Additional Info:

36,000+ original miles.Slant 6, auto, power steering and brakes.
Original car that was preserved after only a few years of use as a daily driver. Car is in excellent shape for a 47 year old automobile.
Drive as an original survivor or use as the perfect platform for a V8 swap.
Paint is original with minor scraps, scratches, and blemishes. Trunk floor has absolutely zero surface rust.
The undercarriage has some surface rust, obviously, yet also retains much of the original color, primer, and paint markings. There are only two minor rust spots about the size of a quarter, behind each rear tire.
Interior is excellent, seats, dash pad, door panels, arm rests, headliner, glove box are like new, and the ashtray has clearly never been used. An aftermarket radio was added, probably within it's first few years.
All door, trunk, and window weatherstrip is as new as well as the rubber hood bumpers and body seals. All of the firewall and kick panel insulation is intact and perfect.
The wiring is as new with the paper markers with part numbers printed on them.
All of the stainless trim is excellent, the grill is beautiful, and the bumpers maintain the factory guards. The rear bumper has two small dings and the old lady AAA and reflector stickers on the rear
The vinyl top is in great shape with a few minor bubble spots, typical for these cars.
All trunk accessories are present; jack, spare tire, the cardboard cover, and the trunk mat with the part number stamped across the back.
This car has never suffered any moisture damage or dry rot due to sitting idle for extended periods or from being poorly stored and forgotten. No mice or animals have ever built their home inside or tore up the seats, insulation, or wiring.
I maintain it and use it for the local shows and cruise-ins, new tires recently put on, however like some I have other cars that take priority which is why I have yet to address the gas gauge that stopped working after this past winter, that and it is excellent on gas.
It retains all of its markings, axle, trunk lid, spare tire, and stickers: tire pressure, emissions, jacking instructions, Canada Transport on the driver's door, stickers on the wiper motor, radiator and radiator support, dealer name and city, etc.
The VIN is on the dash, driver's door, fender tag, which has never been removed, and the buildsheet. Fender tag does not list a rimblow steering wheel, buildsheet does, however it has the standard steering wheel. I bought the wheel on eBay after a long search to locate the correct green wheel. It had a wheel from I don't know what on it with an aftermarket horn button screwed in the center.
New York State transferable registration in my name.
