1973 Dodge Other Pickups Custom Additional Info:
1973 Dodge D100 Custom. 3 speed column shift manual. Three on the tree. Product of love for mopar, how ever I have ran out of time to finish my beloved D100. I bought the truck from the wife of the original owner in Virginia. Truck has an open clear tittle. Truck survived being parked for 30 years after the owner died. All original metal, wooden bed, motor and transmission. Truck is 90% done. Needs carburetor and ignition timing tuned and the rear brakes bled. Engines starts and runs, however needs to be tuned in order to be drivable. True milage of the vehicle is unlnown as it could have turned ober or truelly be around 50k miles.
Work that has been done.Any visible rust has been treated with rust converter. Small area on the driver side fender where rust has gone through. 3k clear coated patina Reupholstered interior Offahauser aluminum intake Holley 650 Carburetor 10 gallon spun aluminum tank and new hard fuel lines HEI Distributor 8mm spark plug wires New radiator Vintage 80s American Racing Wheels Lowered 3in front using new lower control arms Rear 2in drop using shackles
Included with the truck are the original inner fenders and original steel wheels Bring a battery with you as the Optima battery died while I was deployed due to no body starting the truck. But will be included as a core for you.On Aug-10-18 at 18:31:18 PDT, seller added the following information:

Engine starts every time and idles fine with no strange sounds or smoke of any kind. However, there is ase hesitation when going from idle to full throttle. That is why I believe the carburetor needs fine tuning as well as the timing adjustment to have it absolutely dialed in. I have only driven the truck up and down my driveway because of the unfinished brakes so I can not verify performance under load. Truck is sold as is with no warranty with all the issues disclosed that I am aware off. I am moving and dont have the time finish the brakes and tuning or the opportunity to keep the truck. My loss is your gain.
