This is a southwestern car - always been in California and Arizona. It has great floor pans - no rust. The body is very good, almost rust free, except where rocker and side chrome/stainless was attached and some small areas around rear trunk lid, (see pictures). Already has newer tires, newer battery, new aluminum radiator/electric fan, and new dual exhaust. A later model 318 cu V8 and auto transmission has been installed - works fine. Also, steering has been converted to power steering. Although the car was reupholstered some years back, it does need new carpet, a head-liner and repair of the door and inside rear panels, where part of the contrasting fabric has deteriorated. Inside should be repainted. Seats look to be in pretty good condition, (minor repair on rear of driver's seat). It does need body detail as far as small rust areas (not through second layer of metal) and does need a serious repaint and new exteriorrubber components. Have all chrome and stainless, including rocker moldings). Most of the hard work has been done. It needs your final touches to make it your own as far as paint and interior goes. Many new parts.Comes with Shop Manual.
The car is advertised locally. Also, I prefer that you come look at the car in person, if you can....or use the inspection service offered through ebay. That way you can inspect it, start it, and drive it around the block. I have priced it and put a reserve on the car based on what I believe it is worth. As with most cars like this, much more has been invested than what I feel it will sell for.
