1966 Dodge Other Pickups D200 Camper Special Additional Info:
1966 Dodge D200 Camper Special from Nevada. I picked it up in Oakland California and shipped it to Georgia. I have the the Nevada title in hand. 95% rust free. Starts and runs, but will need a bit of work to be able to drive it. It currently needs a master cylinder for the clutch and brakes, as well as a line from the master cylinder to the line junction. Someone had rigged up a quadrajet...... however I have a NOS mopar carb still in the box for it. I purchased a tailgate (rust free), front bumper (needs to be straightened), dash (old one was cut for a switch panel, and front grill (excellent shape!) The floor pans and bed are in really good shape. The 318 Poly will fire up and run if you pour fuel into the carb. When it's running it sounds like a sewing machine. I never got around to pulling and flushing the gas tank. I had a mason jar of gas with a hose and the fuel pump works. It has Dana 60 rear end. I had the seat professionally reupholstered. Wheel wells are very solid and rust free. Small back window. Tailgate, grill, and seat are worth upwards of $1000 alone. Tires appear to be in good shape and hold air. My loss is your gain. I have well over $4000 in this truck with the parts. I would like to see it go to someone that will restore it or fix it up......I'd hate to see it get parted out... I will include the camper shell to help preserve the bed.
