1935 Dodge Other Additional Info:
I will try this car again on her, I have up for auction a very solid 1935 Dodge convertibl, this car was an old hot rod from the late 50s into the 60, I found this car about 7 years ago after the owner had passed awa, the body is incredibly solid for what it is with rust in the rockers and the very lower tail and that's about it aside from the surface rus, the doors are nice decklid is nic, fenders are usable but will need work the grill shell is from a Plymouth but will work as I believe the only difference is the headlights mount to the grille shell on a Dodge , The Chassis is completely boxed and is Extremely nicely done and is set up for a direct Big Block Mopar to bolt right in using stock 1969 B-Body motor mounts along with a crossmember to accept a 4spd Chrysler trans, rear end is an 8 3/4 out of a 1968 RoadRunner , CT is a non title state so there is NO TITLE so check with your state before bidding if you think this is going to be an issu, what you see is what you get and anything Else I may have laying around for this project will be thrown in as I clean up but I wont add them into the description so consider them a bonus if and as I find them... if you know anything about these cars you probably know how rare they are to find in a Convertible which is very cool on these old Mopars with that very low windshield giving them a chopped effect from the factory as apposed to the Fomoc, GM cars of the er, I had 2 of these the other car was rusted to the door handles and the person I sold that car to sold it for 10k to someone out west last year, I hate to see this car sit any longer as I am sure I am never going to get to it so I have decided I have no choice but to start thinning the herd out a bit.... any serious questions can call me at 203-305-0527 Chuck thanks...
