Up for Auction is a 1980 Dodge RV Van it sits on a 1 Ton chassis like a Motor home R, very low miles just under 60,0000 original mile, It has a custom paint / decal scheme Patriotic Re, White & Blue the exterior decals like the wording & screen film over side & rear window can easily be removed to make it your own desig, the stars & stripes are also decals & can be removed if neede, The Van was previously owned by a Veterans organization in Wisconsi, used for Parades & special events it was garage keep most of it's life . the interior is mostly re, but has Re, white & blue seats in the bac, front door panels are re, white & blue . no leak, no water damag, . Van runs great the 360 V8 runs very stron, freshly rebuilt carburate, new valve cover gasket, freshly rebuilt alternato, new V belt, recent radiator service( flush n fill ) recent transmission service filter & flui, recent oil chang, rear differential service, recent brakes serviced front & rear. This Van really runs great, great power, smooth rid, engine is very clea, you can really tell it's been well maintained . Exterior of van is in great condition no rust hole, ( slight paint bubbles on front left fender behind wheel ) has diamond plate aluminum panels on lower 8 inches around rear of vehicle ( panels over rear wheels can be removed to service rear wheels ). tires are in good condition 1/2 life, spare is like new .Wheels are an aluminum star design fits the vehicle scheme nicely. ( spare is plain steel wheel ) . The van is extendedabout 4 foot longer than standard va, & is about 6 in taller than standard van . has a 30 in wide rear entrance door area inside door is tall enough to stand up in about 6 foot tall , rest interior is about 5 foot tall. Has a roof vent near rear door so a roof AC could easily be installed .Has a brand new 12 volt converter to plug into an outle, all interior lighting is 12V has separate stereo for the back & stereo in dash both are AM/FM CD rear has input jack for MP3 / Ipod, ect.. There is no water tan, no holding tank, the rear bench seat (s) can be removed fairly easily for cargo, ect. . To be honestwe don't really want to sell the va, My family & I own a clothing store selling only USA made clothing & started out selling out of this van at outdoor events ect. & to be honest don't use it as much as used to .We have thought about painting the van differen, But thought someone or some Organization could utilize the van in it's current color scheme . It is a really nice vehicle pulled a 30' RV with slide ( about 8000 lbs ) with ease . the only real flaw I could think of is the speedometeris off by 10 MPH it shows 30 when your doing 40 & so on .( I know a speeding ticket waiting to happen right)( we always used a smalltom tom typenavigation unit that shows your speed ) I know I'm leaving something out of the Listing .
