1967 Dodge Coronet R/T Additional Info:

For Sale is a 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T 440 CI 375 H.P., 727 Torqueflite Auto with PS & PB. Motor and transmission are matching numbers and have been rebuilt.

In 2002, I bought this car from an 83 year farmer in Red Wing, MN. His son had bought the car in the 70’s from a used car lot in Rock City and passed away sometime thereafter. The father kept the car in his heated tool shed until I bought it. It was in original condition with very little rust. The rear ¼’s required patch panels with the remaining body straight and doors, hood, trunk being very solid. The car was original except for the addition of a tach, different steering wheel (have an original Coronet steering wheel), ladder bars and headers.

Included are the original build sheet, Certicard, owners manual, redline original spare tire and Year One service manual. After being built in St. Louis, the car started its life, per the Certicard in Madison, WI.

In 2005 the restoration began with the car being repainted with 3 coats of red paint and 2 coats of clear. The original PP1 Dodge Bright Red was enhanced to make the color “pop” more. All the door, trunk, and hood weather-stripping was replaced. Bumpers rechromed.

Motor was rebuilt in 2006. Cylinders were bored .030 over, with new pistons, rings, lifters, camshaft, bearings, resurfaced head, polished crank, hoses, belts, plugs, wires, etc. Odometer read 23,800 at time of rebuild. Transmission was rebuilt with a tranny cooler added.

Other improvements included stainless steel brake lines and all new brake pads, polygrahite front end kit, 4 shocks, Goodyear Eagle GT P225/60R15 on Kelsey Hayes steel wheels. New exhaust with HiFlow manifolds and turbo mufflers.

The front and back seats were recovered with Legendary factory replacement seat covers with a new head liner and carpeting also installed.

Recent replacements include all rubber fuel lines replaced with ethanol compatible lines, new fuel pump and filter. A new battery and Mopar Performance electronic ignition also installed.

This muscle car runs and drives excellent and has been garage kept when not out cruising. Only driven 700 miles on average a year. Please text or call with questions-262 227 5879. More photos available upon request.
