1ST GENERATION 1993 DODGE W250 CUMMINS DIESEL AUTOMATIC

LOW RESERVE!!

Up for auction is our 1993 Dodge W250 pickup truck that we purchased from the original owners (with 93k miles) a local retired couple who purchased it new. They used it only to pull their fifth wheel out west to avoid Michigan winters. The owner had logged ever mile, every fill up and every maintenance item they had completed since they purchased it new!

We purchased the truck approximately 2yrs ago and drove it without flaw to job locations 3hrs away each week averaging 22-23 miles per gallon. It runs, drives and shifts great! It is a very comfortable ride, drives straight and brakes perfectly! Last fall we did replace the lift pump and had the injection pump rebuilt by a local Bosch dealer (Advanced Diesel Systems, Inc.). Pump is set to stock setting and we have not made any adjustments to the motor or fuel system. We did replace the stock exhaust with a 4” Diamond Eye which sounds fantastic! This is a beautiful, well maintained truck!

Here are the positives!

-No cracking in the dash

-AC blows ice cold

-Radio works great

-Has a hitch and brake controller

-All lights are in working order

-Always stored inside

-Never driven in winter

-2nd owner barn fresh

-Floor carpet is in mint condition with no stains

-All power windows, door lock, ect work perfect

-Original owner had the truck Zebart

-Original paint

-Never smoked in

-5th Wheel plug in bed

Areas of imperfection

-Tires hold air however the sidewalls are quite weathered

-Driver side front fender/nose has a scratch/dent by grille (see photo)

-Drivers vent window was whistling so previous owner caulked it (see photo)

-Back rear driver side bed, in front of bumper. Bumper slightly tweaked with small dent in bed (see photo)

-Passenger side rear, in front of bumper. Bumper tweaked and dented box corner (see photo)

-Passenger front fender by running board, 1 dime sized spot of bubbling rust from inside (see photo)

-Overall the paint has lost clear in some areas and has lost small round spots of paint mostly on the box. However, the paint on the rest of the truck is in great shape for it’s age with minor scratches and nicks.

-The headliner is sagging on the interior

-Interior upholstery is in great shape with the exception of some piping wear on the driver’s side (see photo)

-Ashtray is missing

-Previous owner had mounted a CB so there are a few 1/8” holes in the panels.

-If driven for a couple of hours you may get a small spot of oil from the crankcase vent

This is a fantastic truck and is barely broke in with just over 103k miles! The truck is being sold in “AS-IS” condition. I will try my best to answer each of your questions openly and honestly.
