1936 Dodge 5 Window Coupe Coupe Additional Info:
Excellent condition inside and out. All original steel, never chopped. This car was built 10 years ago and driven to many car shows and had received many awards. Starting late Jan, I pulled the motor, trans and rear-end. I went and freshened up the motor. All cylinders were checked and all had excellent compression, so I just put in a new camshaft, new lifters and pushrods and also added roller rockers. A new performer intake and new 600 Holley was added also. Distributor, water pump, fuel pump, starter, oil pump, air conditioner compressor, power steering pump, all new belts, plugs and headers were all replaced with new(not re-built). Trans was checked and was in great shape so, I just replaced the filter and front and rear seals. New U-Joints and all bearings and seals in the rear-end. All new brakes front and rear. All new shocks front and rear. And all new tires front and rear. I have new carpet that has not yet been installed. I have receipts for a little over $46,000.00 on the original build, and receipts for a little under $6,000.00 on the re-fresh. Also included is a $2,000.00 ghost flame paint job. This car drives like a new one, and will hate to see it go but I must get rid of some toys. I have been trying to retire for the last 2 yrs and just need to sell a few toys. The car is listed locally also so don't miss this one.
