1971 Dodge Demon Additional Info:
Condition: This car is an original 340 4 speed car. However; the transmission has been replaced with an automatic transmission & the engine has been replaced with a 1970 440. The interior front seats have been replaced with racing seats. The back seat is original, it has been taken out but I have it & it comes with car. There is no carpeting in the car however; I do have new carpeting for it that will be included as well.The chrome around front & back windshields is off; I have it & it will be included with the car, it is original. There are no mirrors on doors. The body & floor panels are in great shape. The car was painted Sublime Green 1 year ago (original color was blue).
Rear Suspension: Has 8 3/4" rear end with 430 gear. Moser axle. Cal tracks with 2.2 mono leaf springs. Car has been mini tubbed for larger tires.
Shocks: Calvert racing shocks front & rear.
Front Suspension: All new ball joints & tie rod ends less than 1 year ago.
Brakes: Disc brakes front. Rear 11" drum brakes.
Wheels: All polished aluminum purchased 1 year ago.
Tires: Front are M/T Sportsman DOT 26 X 7.50 15LT. Rear are Hoosier Racing Tires 29 X 13.5 15.
Engine: 440 .30 over. Ross pistons. 8 bolt Mopar crank. 6.50 comp cam. Aluminum stealth heads. 2.14 1.81 valve size. LY connecting rods that have been shot peen. Aluminum water pump. After market 2.5" TTI headers. 10.80 King Demon Dominator carburetor. Ignition 6AL MSD with a 2 step box.
Transmission: 727 torque light continental converter. Griner trans brake.
Interior: Chromoly 6 point roll bar.
Undercarriage: frame connectors
