This is a very drivable 51 year old car from back in the day. It set idle for many years but the 383 engine cranks every time and runs great. The 727 auto trans has been serviced and new filter installed. Has a new edlbrock 4brl carb. The tires look new and only have about 200 miles on them but they will have to be replaced before any hyway driving due to dry rot as they have set for many years since new. This is not a show car by any means but is a great sat night cruiser and local car show item. It has new mufflers and exhaust is good except a small leak you can hear when engine iscold but goes away after engine warms up, think it is exhaust manifold gasket on right bank. I have installed a 10 gal tank in trunk as original tank was trashed. I have driven car several miles at different times and there is no over heat problems. Heater core does not leak and radiator altho original is in good shape. As far as I know and have been told the drive train is what the car was born with, I have the original build sheet that I recovered from under rear seat. It has new shocks up front and new air shocks on the rear. There don't seem to be any funny noises in it while driving down the road. It has power steering but no air and still has original am radio. If you have any other questions feel free to ask and ill do my best to answer them. I would not be afraid to drive this car anywhere after new tires are put on it. I reserve the right to remove listing at any time as it is advertised locally also. Thanks for looking.
