1974 Dodge Dart Swinger Additional Info:

Feel free to ask any and all questions AFTER you read the entire auction.
I was going to fix this up for Kool April Nites in Redding but it looks like I'm not going to get to it.
Overall in fair shape. It runs, rives and even stops. It also smokes like a freight train when driving it. Probably needs rings. It knocks like hell. I'm sure it's a flex plate or the adapter. It has an electical problem, very time you shut it off you have to reset the circuit breaker under the hood on the accessory relay.
The front bench seat needs redone and the carpet needs to be replaced. The tires are almost new and it just had an alignment. I have the receipts. I have another motor for it but I have not done a compression check on it to verify the condition so it should be considered a core. It will be included in the auction.
The kid I got it from said there was some rust under the vinyl top and where the top meets the body. He said he treated all of it and and covered the area with Bondo and primer where the top meets the body. See the pics. The holes in the back deck are from the trim that has been removed.
I can probably deliver this to Southern CA. in the middle of April. Or just about anywhere else in the contiguous US later this summer. Send me your zip code and I'll send you a quote.
If your really serious about it I'll get it up on the lift and get some pics of the underside and or some video for you.
I expect a $250 deposit within 7 days from the end of the auction. Ebay is only giving me the option for 24-72 hours to leave a deposit. For every state in a line to where you live from California figure another $75 on to the deposit before I deliver it. This is non refundable unless there is something that I have grossly misrepresented.
The reserve is set at $3000.00, his is not necessarily what I need for this car. I may end up having the time to work on it anyway so I want to keep my options open.
If you don't know how to bid you may want to do some research on it. You don't want to be that guy saying "It sold for $25$ more than my bid".
