3rd owner. Original owner was the state painter for Walla Walla Prison in Washington state. Thus low mileage and very little rust since it was used for painting.... this reference is in regards to how these trucks mostly succumbed to cancerous rust because commonly 2 bales of hay were placed like a wall behind the front seats, then the rear cargo area loaded with blocks of ice for the day's deliveries of meat, produce, flowers, etc. However as a painter's truck it was saved from this cancerous fate.
