1985 Dodge Ramcharger, imited Royal SE and rare Prospector edition, nfamous 318 cu. in. V8, ftermarket Edelbrock 4 bar. carb, ustom single exhaust, allowed cat for more performance and sound, as a great rumble at idle, et quieter at highway speeds, /S, /B, /C, ower windows and locks, M/FM cassette JVC radio w/detachable face, indow rain guards, river’s seat is torn, therwise the rest of the interior is mint, ncluding the headliner, o cracks in dash either, onsole mounted Cobra CB radio and K40 antenna, ilt steering wheel, ruise control which isn’t hooked up, alogen auxiliary lights mounted under the bumper controlled by a dash switch which also controls the Lund visor lights, ire extinguisher mounted on the floor hump, ftermarket driver’s/passenger’s side pillar grab handles, ual air horns mounted in the engine compartment which are activated by the factory steering wheel horn pad, ual hood scoops which are not functional, ut I’m sure they could be by simply cutting holes, arr hoop steps, 1” Dunlop tires in great shape with lots of tread mounted on shiny chrome wheels, raw Tite trailer hitch. It even has a cheap aftermarket alarm which is activated with a keychain remote. This beast is unstoppable, ery reliable and has never let me down, ’ve done a lot of scheduled maintenance to avoid break downs, ave many receipts to prove it along with other work. I’ve had some great times with this versatile truck, ut now its’ time to move on. It could probably use a patch on both driver’s/passenger’s side floor pans if you wish to do so. All the lights and gauges work, xcept for the gas gauge which reads about a ¼ less than it’s correct level, therwise the remaining gauges work fine. I will include the original badges which I took off since I liked the look after leaving it in flat black paint. The emergency brake will not set since it’s frozen and the dash mounted 4WD light just started staying on after this winter even after though its’ not in 4WD, o I’m guessing it’s a bad switch keeping the light on, will also include a new chrome air cleaner, hrome valve covers and valve cover gaskets that I was going to install, ut have no more time. It’s registered as a historic vehicle which you can do as well, aves a lot on insurance and some other requirements in Jersey such as no front plate or inspection required. It’s not a perfect truck, ut it might be the perfect truck for you. My loss is your gain.
