This is an authentic Sublime (FJ5) Dart Swinger 340 four-barrel with 4-speed. I purchased this car from Koller Dodge (Naperville, IL) in July 1991 following a restoration in 1990 (St. Louis, MO). It has the original matching numbers engine and transmission. It has an 8 ¾ rear end, manual brakes (front discs), and manual steering. The black vinyl top and bumble bee stripe are correct. This is not a clone or tribute car.
Subtle modifications from stock include an Edelbrock EDL-1413 Performer carb and EDL-7576 Air-Gap aluminum intake manifold, Chrysler electronic ignition, Mopar valve covers, air shocks, and vintage cassette stereo. Car comes with the stock carb, intake, and valve covers, as well as assorted spare parts including a radio. Documentation includes two decoded broadcast sheets and a decoded fender tag.
Car has been driven approximately 7000 miles over the last 25 years. Engine compartment needs freshening to be show quality, and there are two small chips in the paint. Some rust is beginning to appear in front of the rear tires.
