1941 DeSoto Additional Info:

Super nice original unmolested car. Not rusty, never has been. Been in my family since 1987. Will run and drive fine, but currently needs wheel cylinders installed for the brakes. I have all new ones to go with it, along with a recently rebuilt carb. I would clean the tank before fitting the new carb and starting it. Everything on the car works well the last time I drove it, which was last year. Tires are older than dirt, but hold air. The Fluid Drive Simplimatic transmission works as it should. It has had one repaint back in 1978, and it's in fair condition. Passenger side rear fender has old accident body damage that was repaired and is popping the paint of it now. Interior is original and in above average condition. Front seat is torn on driver's side. Chrome is worn. Car has been since we've owned it. It's clean underneath. I simply can't use it here in crowded central Florida, especially with our hot temperatures. I hate to see it go, but I have a 60 Dodge I'm working on and need the garage space, and I don't have the resources to keep the DeSoto and give it the attention it deserves. Just being honest here.
