1955 DeSoto Firedome Complete Additional Info:

1955 DeSoto Firedome 4dr sedan. Body/frame in good condition for age. Without the usual MOPAR rot. Original 291 hemi runs well. Powerfilte 2 spd automatic. Interior redone before I bought. Repairing a door panel at moment. An excellent driver project. Wires were reworked and still 6V positive.New bulbs inside and back; All lamps, gauges, switches, wipers work. White walls are bias ply. Windshield is cracked. Rest of glass pretty good. Side vent now cracked Door handles good. All trim present. There are brake parts in trunk. Extra tail lamp buckets. Ive new grey pedals to put on and very good armrests. The more work I do. the higher the price will go.

Bad: Needs shocks, exhaust and some brake work (rear wheel cylinder leaks. Of course needs hood painted. Clock died. No AC. Minor rust at rear quarters. New door seals needed. No key for trunk.
