Hold on to your seat, this is a twin turbo 1981 Delorean Time Machine. I believe this might be the only twin turbo "Back to the Future car" It was personally signed by Kat Delorean herself. Also Rapper Wyclef Jean famous for his songs like Shakira - Hips Don't Lie and many more also did a small video. It was also used for a commercial of Transhuman project coming out soon. This 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 has been meticulously converted into an accurate re-creation of the “Mr. Fusion Time Machine” as portrayed in the blockbuster movie franchise “Back to the Future.” Built by Bruce Coulombe who has been endorsed by Bob Gale, co-writer, producer and the creator of the Back to the Future films.
Great lengths were spent achieving a correct representation of the movie down to the correct purple clamps that hold the external wires. Most builders would use black clamps, these are aviation purple clamps use just like in the Movie car. It has all-metal aluminum construction for the rear vents, external mesh rails and other parts. The “Mr. Fusion” opens like in the film. Exact replicas of various detailed parts permanently mounted to the car were made using the actual movie A-car as a reference. Inside the cockpit, fully functional “Time Circuits” can be programmed with any dates/times you like. Real working “Plutonium Gauges” needles move and make sounds, exactly as in the film. The “Upper Console” is mounted to the ceiling, along with many other details in the car that are exact replicas of the parts seen in the film. The iconic “Flux Capacitor” buzzes over your shoulder and when activated into “time travel” mode will light up bright.
it’s mid-mounted 2.85-liter twin-turbo V6 fuel-injected engine paired to a 5-speed manual transaxle, This Time Machine is believed to be the only one built with Twin Turbos setup. Making it a whole lot thrilling to drive! It has rear adjustable coilover suspension, upgraded radiator with dual electric fans, upgraded front shocks, and many more upgrades. Additionally, the sun visor has been signed by Mr. DeLorean’s daughter Kat DeLorean founder of DeLorean Next Generation Motors.
A rear backup camera was also installed during the build. The electronics of the DeLorean car remain completely stock, All the special effects have their own source of energy located in the front trunk, with 2000W inverter/charger system allowing the car to be plugged into the wall for permanent display if desired. This battery system will operate all the props, radio, sound effects, and lights for many hours without using the car’s battery. Professional high quality engineering went into this Time Machine.
Note: the lightning rod was added only for show, and doesn't go with the Mr fusion car, but kids love it! Also Bitcoin Stickers are removed. That was just for the show.
