Hear is your opportunity to bid on a drivable restoration and end of the line 1965 Datsun 320 with a 4 speed on the floor, grey primer crinkle coat dash, updated Datsun 520 clutch pedal assembly and Datsun 520 spare tire racket chain.Picked up this '65 320 as a non-running farm find. Since then, the following has been replaced with OE parts, rebuilt, or sourced BMC equivalent part:Engine has been overhauled with honed cylinder walls, new rings, all bearings, overhauled head, newer engine gaskets, Payne head gasket, with thicker MGA/B style silicone tappet cover gaskets w/ rubber grommet O-rings and capped washer. NEW front engine and rear (transmission) motor mounts. Replaced broken cam; cam boss was broken on the original.Engine is number matches the data plate. It is an E1 Mk IV (E1 615838) with internal oil pressure relief valve on the oil pump and not on the outside of the engine block as with previous Mks. See flickr pics of oil pump and blanked out oil pressure relief valve nut on outside of block.Updated with negative ground alternator with bracket.Drive train and Transmission have been sealed with new gaskets and seals, new throwout/release bearing, resurfaced flywheel, new u-joint,New tires, media blasted and painted rims, all are the correct riveted rims.All new hydraulics - brake and clutch master cylinders; new (not rebuilt) clutch slave cylinder, all 4x wheel cylinders are new.New driver/passenger side kick panelsUnder dash tray has new fiber board and has been repainted in a matching PPG Datsun light greenMissing parts that have been sourced part - air cleaner with correct brackets, dash knobs (I do have the choke knob, see Flickr pics), window crank handle w/escutcheon. Plenum intake screen.Correct OE rear taillight housing and hardware are included in sale - not the best but complete. Both front turn signal lens have been replaced with a better pair. Driver and passenger door locks do match, just do not the ignition. Plenum intake screenNew emergency brake cable from rear brakes to center link.New door panels and hardware - just no map pocket; material included.Bed is solid with no weak spots or through rust. Original tailgate chains are present.That's the good....the not so good...typical rusty rocker and interior cab to frame mount points.Bench seat will need to be upholster - material included.Electricals will need some sorting - windshield wiper motor, turn signals, and headlights. Brake lights do work.This truck came with the single driver side sun visor as there are no holes on the passenger side.Parts I do not have - 4 x hubcaps, radio blank plate or radio...maybe a few others I can't think of.If you have any questions, please ask.
