1980 Datsun - Nissan 510 hatchback garage find, refurbished and road ready

1980 Datsun 510 Additional Info:

This well preserved 1980 Datsun 510 hatchback was taken out of long dry garage storage from the original Virginia owner in 2022 with just 105,000 miles.
The following was completed over the past year to get the car up to snuff and road-ready for daily use again:
New exhausttune up, pcv valve, oil change, air filternew wiper bladesnew front bushingsnew battery (July 2023)New tirespainted wheelsnew trim ringsnew hatch struts
All original cloth interior shows nicely. No dash cracks. Excellent glass all around. All gauges are operational (even the clock works!).
The car starts, runs, shifts and drives well and is quite zippy around town. Gets well over 30 mpg's. Heat works. A/C has been coverted to R134. The a/c was just charged two weeks ago. It blew cold for two days and is now warm again. I suspect a leak in one of the hoses.
The original Datsun radio is in the dash but does not appear to be getting power. I have not investigated as I don't use the radio and preserving the original in the dash seemed prudent.
There were areas of surface rust (but not all the way through) on the outside top of both rear wheel wells. These were amateurly repaired and painted (see photo's)...solid everywhere else. The paint looks great from 15 feet but has sun fade on the hood and roof which is hard to capture in photo's.
Original owners manual and Datsun shop manual included.
