This is probably the cleanest example of a Datsun 411 that has come up for sale in the entire country in a long time. I’ve owned this car for about a year now and here is what I know about it’s history as well as what I’ve done to the car since owning it.
This car had a complete restoration approximately 8yrs ago and is still completely rust free. A quick google search revealed that this car was purchased from MotoeXotica by a previous owner about 3 years ago for $12,900 and has since had many upgrades made to it in order to improve both the looks and the drivability. The body is nearly flawless except for one minor dent on the drivers front fender as seen in the photos. Being an older restoration, the paint is about an honest 6 out of 10 as there are a few cracks/chips here and there in the finish but it does still has a reasonable shine. The interior is nearly perfect and I have added sliders to the drivers seat as well as a 240Z steering wheel for a more comfortable seating position.
Under the hood sits the great running J13 4-cylinder 1300cc engine and 4-speed manual transmission. The car will come with both the 16” aftermarket wheels & tires seen in the photos as well as all 5 factory wheels & tires. I have spent $2000 in parts alone replacing and upgrading the entire brake system. The rear drum brakes now have high performance woven brake shoes, NOS wheel cylinders, and all new hardware. The front brakes have been upgraded to disk brakes including new Infinity G20 calipers, Power Stop rotors & pads, using a billet aluminum adapter kit from BlueHandsInc. Finally, the master cylinder and hydraulic hoses have been upgraded to Nissan 620 & Hardbody Pickup pieces. I will also include a box of small spare and original parts such as the original steering wheel, badges, and etc.
I am sure that there is something that I have forgotten so please let me know if there are any additional specific photos that you would like to see or questions that you would like answered.
