1977 Datsun Other Additional Info:
I have a pair of twin Coupes I'm putting up for sale because I am moving out of state, and need to lighten my load. I recently purchased them for a project, but I had a change of job plans, and I ran out of time. A perfect car is waiting to be build out of this amazing pair of cars. The 1977 has a clean title and is on non-op. It's an automatic. The engine has 89058 original miles on it. It hasn't ran since 1985. It does turn over, and is absolutely complete, and original everything. The 1974 was rolled when it was only a year old, and then sold to a salvage yard. It's a 4-speed.It doesn't have a title, and I checked with the DMV and it's not even in their system, so the sky's the limit with this one. I do have the receipt from the salvage yard where it was purchased in 1976. That's all you need to get a new registration. The engine is complete, and mostly everything is still there. The engine only has 8,256 miles on it. Insane!!! It's missing the seats, headliner, carpet, front bumper, both front fenders, but has damn near everything else. I have a about 150-200 pictures of everything. I was originally going to strip it, and scrap it, but then I came to my senses. I took pictures of the entire process of deconstruction, so that reference may be used to reassemble when you get to that point if need be. Also, you'll have the complete 1977 to go off of. The 1977 has almost no rust, and what is there is just surface. The 1974 has some rust issues, but all-in-all it's in good shape rust wise considering what it's been through. Most of the rust is also surface, but for some reason the hood is in pretty bad shape underneath. A picture speaks a thousand words, so check those out. I obviously can't post them all, but like I said I have a ton of pics. This is a killer deal, and an awesome project just waiting for the right home. I'm asking $3,500 on them. All they need is a trailer to load them up and take them away. So, come on guys take these babies home with you!
