1973 Datsun 240z Rust Free 83k Miles

1973 Datsun Z-Series Additional Info:

Original rust free (with no patch panels) Datsun 240z and just 83k miles. The car has only been in California and Arizona. Original 2.4 inline six rebuilt 4 years ago with an upgraded manual 5 speed transmission running a 3 year old clutch. Has upgraded and rebuilt round top SU carbs recently rebuilt. Runs, drives and shifts great - I just finished a 400 mile trip with no problems. Paint is driver quality and about 4 years old. Car was stripped and painted to factory 918 Mexican Orange color. (The grey/white pictures are from when it was stripped down) The interior was also done 3 year ago. Seat has a tear. The car is an original blue plate Californai plate with all its original panels and no rust. New tires, brakes, master and stainless steel lines were just installed. Gauges and original radio are all there, the dash has a cap. There are no speakers and the tach works intermittently. The suspension and bushings could be rebuilt. The Z has factory extras like the rear spoiler and slotted wheels with all its hubcaps. The rear louvers are perfect (included) and can be easily installed again without drilling into the body. All glass has factory stampings except the windshield.

I have the Z for sale outside eBay too. Price is lowered and pretty firm.
