1983 Datsun Z-Series 2+2 Additional Info:
1983 All original 280x 2+2. The Car has been garage let with a custom car cover and is very well taken care of. I really enjoy driving it around on the weekends but my girls are growing op and no longer fit comfortably in the back.
The engine runs very strong and the 5-speed shifts smoothly, all clean and no leaks.
The car has original paint which is in great shape and still shines and the car is basically rust free. There is one ¼" dot under the rear left light but other than that, its rust free throughout. All the weather stripping is in great shape and the t-tops hold tight with no water leaks. The under carriage is clean and rust free as well. Overall body is a 9/10. It's never been in an accident but it does have some minor road chips out front and small dents and scratches. Great in my book for being a34 year-old car
The interior is also all original, dash is crack free as well as the door panels and the rest of the plastics. Doors panels are all soft and everything functions as it should. Factory a/c still blows ice cold and fan runs very strong. The factory clock comes in and out but I may have an extra one that I can include.
The car had the original suspension replaced with Tokico shocks and springs. The original radiator was also replaced with an aluminum 3-core and I added dual electric flex-a-lite fans which are controlled by a derale electric fan controller. I still have the original fan and clutch and could swap out if you'd like.
Overall the car is in great shape and drives excellent. The muffler needs to be replaced and I would also replace the front lower ball joints/ bushings. They're still the original ones so its time for them to be replaced.
