Clear Virginia Title

This is a 58 2CV AZU. Or as we call him MARCEL LE SHELL. Originally a 425cc 12hp...Had been stored since the 1980s indoors. From the collection of the late Bill Stevenson in Delaware. We rescued it, along with numerous other 2cv parts.

Long ago, the frame had already snapped, and buckled. It at one time lived in Texas, at a Citroen dealer named Jesse James Smith. I believe it sat outside there on display for many years..

Over the past few months, I've found and repaired a better frame, floor pans. Those pans are made from another 2cv van roof..

What rust worth mention still left, is on the parcel tray inside...

Yes it has dents, scrapes, dings. Remember people, it's essentially a tin can on wheels.

What's left of the paint, is not much to talk about. Above the windshield rubber you can just make out the letters of Jesse James Smith...

It now has a 602cc engine and transmission. Engine has been fully gone through.

New seals, oil cooler, carburetor, fuel pump, Harley coil, points, fan, belt, piston rings, Michelin X tires 125 r15, brakes, master cylinder, hoses, lines. Rebuilt starter, alternator.

I've been running it around, chasing the bugs out. Drove it 100 miles round trip to Charlestown WV last month. He's been behaving very well. Top speed of 60 mph.

Tried my best to make it dependable as possible... Put several hundred miles on it.

Comes with a extra set of doors. That were formally used on a Citroen Repair man van. Also the original 12hp drivetrain is included( if you want it).
