Here's a rare 2CV in that it's 98% ORIGINAL. A rarity as most on ebay have been restored. Original paint nearly flawless as the vehicle was meticulously taken care of by it's three previous owners.
As you can see, the ACTUAL mileage is less than 11,000 so it's barely broken in.
Vehicle imported in the 1990's by French Parts Service, located in Normandy Park, WA (www.2cvsource.com) and sold on EBAY in March 2007 to previous owner. I have owned for nearly 2 years and it's time for a new home as storage is a problem having several cars in collection..
Present owner had very little to fix or replace. New battery, New fuel line, New fuel pump, seats have new inner foam rubber cushions.
As mentioned, 98% perfect. a small rust spot on the bottom of the left front fender and a small bit under the floor. Has no effect on anything and not noticeable.
Car starts, runs and stops as one would expect being so well maintained. Shifts smoothly and clutch operates like it should.
Definitely a looker and a fun vehicle being so rare. The two main questions I get asked when attending car shows (won several awards) is "What is it" and "who painted you car". This last one is easy as it's all original from the factory.
