1970 Citroën Additional Info:
1970 Citroen DS 21 Pallas. 87k original miles. Engine was rebuilt from the crankshaft up. New bearings (all), new rings, cylinder liners machined, complete gasket set, points, cap, wires, plugs...everything. Engine has only 256 miles on new rebuild. Fuel tank was cleaned and a liner put in. New fuel pump, tempurate gauge and sending unit installed, All mechanical systems work perfectly: 4 speed manual transmission, clutch, brakes, suspension, even the clock and lighter work. This car is a stand out due to it's lack of rust. I have never seen a car this old with such little rust. The car is not completely restored (or the price would be 20k +). There are minor cosmitic issues in the interior and it could use a good paint job. I am selling this car because I just bought a 1972 Citroen SM project and I need the money to restore it. The way I see it, any DS driver is worth $10,000, this one has a completely rebuilt engine, is a Pallas, and has no rust, which makes it far superior to any DS driver out there.
